This is my first pregnancy and I really miss working out, running, and my yoga practices. I ended up with a hematoma in the womb which prevents me from doing normal day to day stuff.. Including workouts of any intensity…. :'(

Love this video! I’m usually a gym-rat but since I became pregnant I’ve been so sleepy! Now that I’m in my second trimester I feel much more energy and I’m ready to get back at it! Finally a workout that will push me back into working out! Thanks so much for the motivation!

I used to do cardio and weights for a long time. I got down to 88kg, but since I've had issues, I did tai chi and other like walking. Now I have been pregnant for 13 weeks Tuesday, I may need to modify normal exercises
